The Manthorpe Double Roman In-Line Roof Tile Vent offers an efficient and visually discreet way to ventilate roof spaces or accommodate soil pipe and extractor fan termination through a Double Roman tiled roof. Designed to replace a single tile, this vent ensures an unbroken, tidy roofline and is suitable for installation at either high or low levels on the roof slope.

With a specially engineered internal weathering path and a 4mm louvred grille, this vent provides up to 10,000mm² of free airflow while helping to prevent water ingress. It’s the ideal choice for roof ventilation on pitched roofs, as well as for routing mechanical extraction through roof tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility spaces.

This in-line tile vent is compatible with all major Double Roman profiles, including Marley, Redland, Sandtoft, Russell, and Lagan Double Roll. It fits securely using an integral sidelock clip, and is fully wind tunnel tested to ensure reliable performance even in exposed locations.
