The Manthorpe Double Pantile In-Line Roof Tile Vent is a smart and unobtrusive solution for ventilating pitched roof spaces or terminating soil stacks and extractor ducts through a double pantile roof profile. Designed to replace a single tile, it maintains a sleek, low-profile appearance, helping preserve the overall roofline whether installed at high or low level.

Engineered with an integrated 4mm louvred flyscreen grille, this vent delivers 10,000mm² of effective free airflow. Its internal path is structured to channel any water safely back onto the roof surface, helping to keep your roof space dry and well-ventilated. Ideal for roof tile ventilation on double pantile roofs, it can also be used for mechanical extraction through roof tiles or soil pipe venting.

Compatible with popular tile profiles including Sandtoft Double Pantile, Russell Pennine, Marley Mendip (modification required), and Redland Grovebury (modification required), this versatile vent is well-suited to both new builds and retrofit projects. Suitable for roof pitches down to 20°, it comes ready for secure installation with an integrated sidelock clip.
