The YBS BreatherQuilt 2-in-1 Breathable & Multifoil Insulation Roll - 1.2m x 10m is a high performance insulation solution that combines a multifoil thermal layer with a breathable roofing membrane. Fully Agrément Certified, Building Control compliant and NHBC accepted, it is designed to replace the need for a separate breather membrane while delivering exceptional energy efficiency.

At 40mm thick and made up of 11 carefully engineered layers, BreatherQuilt provides an impressive R-Value of 1.62 m2K/W, equivalent to 75mm of mineral fibre insulation. The outer layer is a robust breather membrane that is both water resistant and vapour permeable, while the internal reflective aluminium foil and micro perforated layers allow moisture to escape, preventing condensation and cold bridging.

This reflective foil insulation is lightweight, flexible and simple to install thanks to its built-in double-sided self-adhesive tape and unique overlapping method which eliminates the risk of thermal bridging. Manufactured in Britain using 72 percent recycled materials, BreatherQuilt offers a sustainable, fibre-free solution for pitched roofs that cuts heat loss by up to 76 percent, lowering energy bills.
