With a massive 21.2m² (approx. 228ft²) of internal floor space, this cabin is ideal for all kinds of uses: from a large home office or gym to a hobby room, workshop, or even a combination of spaces. The traditional apex roof design adds extra headroom and creates a bright, airy feel inside, with an internal apex height of around 2.5 metres.

The glazed double doors are complemented by three ¾-length windows on the front and two side windows—each double-glazed with toughened glass and featuring tilt-and-turn mechanisms for flexible ventilation. During installation, you can choose whether to position the doors on the left or right side of the front aspect to best suit your layout.

Built for long-lasting performance, the Blakedown features 45mm interlocking log walls and robust 19mm tongue and groove boards on the floor and roof. A 23cm roof overhang at the front and back, plus 20cm at the sides, helps offer protection from rain and adds a tidy finish.

This model comes with a choice of premium roofing options:

• 34kg polyester felt with black sand felt underlay – life expectancy of 20–30 years
• 24kg polyester felt – up to 15 years of protection
• Green felt shingles – for a decorative, long-lasting roof finish

We always recommend using an underlay to improve water resistance and extend the life of the cabin.

Delivery is made easy with a vehicle equipped with a crane off-load system, and professional assembly is available if needed. Just make sure the cabin is installed on a level, solid base—poured concrete is ideal.
