These slabs are non-combustible, achieving a Euroclass A1 fire rating, and manufactured using Knauf’s ECOSE® Technology – a sustainable binder with no added formaldehyde. With a melting temperature above 1000°C, they offer extended fire resistance compared to many alternative insulation products.

Rocksilk RS100 can also be supplied with factory-applied foil or tissue facings to suit a wide range of applications. Their rock mineral wool composition delivers excellent levels of sound absorption, reducing unwanted noise while maintaining robust thermal and fire safety performance.
