The Ubiform+ Self-Adhesive Lead Free Flashing Roll is a versatile, lightweight and durable alternative to traditional lead flashing. Designed for quick installation without specialist tools, Ubiform+ provides a secure and flexible weatherproof seal across a wide range of roof details and junctions.

The flashing is reinforced with a band of creped aluminium, allowing it to stretch by up to 60 percent of its original size. This flexibility makes it ideal for shaping around complex roof profiles, abutments, chimneys, valleys and solar panel bases. The material is resistant to UV exposure and general weathering, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

Ubiform+ features a strong high-bond butyl adhesive on the underside, giving excellent adhesion to most common building materials. It is supplied as a fully self-adhesive roll, making it a practical and cost-effective replacement for zinc, copper or lead flashing where a fast, reliable junction seal is required.
