The Ubiflex Finio Premium Lead Free Flashing Roll - 5m is a high-quality, flexible flashing designed to provide reliable waterproof protection across a wide range of roofing and construction details. Offering the performance of lead without the weight or health concerns, Ubiflex Finio is a durable, non-lead flashing that is easy to shape and install on both new build and refurbishment projects.
Crafted from a lightweight, malleable material, it can be formed by hand to suit complex junctions such as stepped flashings, chimney bases, pitched roof valleys, abutments, dormers, rooflights and solar panel installations. The full adhesive backing is protected by a two-part removable film, allowing simple positioning before being pressed firmly into place. Each roll also features two integrated butyl adhesive strips, ensuring strong, long-lasting adhesion to most common building materials.
Ubiflex Finio can be finished with a roller where needed and is available in black or grey with various width options to match different roof designs. Safe, recyclable and non-toxic, it provides an effective modern alternative to traditional lead flashing while maintaining excellent weather resistance and durability.
