Offering the same look and workability as traditional lead flashing, SmartFlash provides a safe, lightweight and environmentally friendly alternative for both residential and commercial projects.
Manufactured from a durable composite of expandable aluminium mesh encased in robust polymer rubber, this self-adhesive lead replacement flashing is flexible, easy to form and stretches effortlessly around deep profiled roof tiles, valleys, abutments and chimneys. The underside features a strong butyl adhesive coating protected by a peel-away film, allowing the flashing to be accurately shaped and positioned before fixing securely into place.
Finished in Anthracite Dark Grey to replicate the appearance of traditional lead, SmartFlash is suitable for use on roof pitches down to 5 degrees and can be installed quickly using standard tools. It delivers long-lasting adhesion and watertight performance without the risks associated with lead, making it ideal for modern roofing applications.
