The Manthorpe SmartFlash Lead Flashing Replacement Roll - 370mm x 5m provides a modern, lead-free solution for waterproofing roof details safely and efficiently. Designed to mimic the appearance and performance of traditional lead flashing, SmartFlash offers the same strength and flexibility while being lighter, easier to install and environmentally friendly.
Made from a composite of expandable aluminium mesh within a tough polymer rubber, this self-adhesive lead replacement flashing easily stretches and forms around deep roof profiles, chimneys, valleys and wall junctions. The underside is fully coated with butyl adhesive, protected by a removable film, allowing precise positioning before being pressed securely into place.
With its Anthracite Dark Grey finish, SmartFlash blends seamlessly with most roof designs and materials. It can be fitted to a variety of roofing substrates with a minimum slope of 5 degrees, using only simple tools. Durable, versatile and non-toxic, it is an ideal choice for both trade and domestic roofing projects seeking a high-performance lead alternative flashing.
