The Manthorpe SmartFlash Lead Flashing Replacement Roll - 280mm x 5m is a flexible, self-adhesive alternative to traditional lead flashing, offering the same reliable weatherproofing performance without the weight, toxicity or scrap value of lead. Designed for use on a wide range of roofing substrates, SmartFlash provides a secure, watertight seal that is quick and easy to install.
Constructed from a composite of expandable aluminium mesh within a strong polymer rubber, this innovative lead-free flashing roll stretches and shapes easily around deep roof profiles, chimneys, abutments and dormers. The underside is coated with a durable butyl adhesive, protected by a removable film, allowing the material to be positioned accurately before being pressed firmly into place.
Supplied in Anthracite Dark Grey to replicate the appearance of traditional lead, Manthorpe SmartFlash combines long-lasting performance with safer, more sustainable materials. It can be installed on roof pitches as low as 5 degrees using simple tools, making it ideal for both professional contractors and homeowners.
