FAKRO DXG P2 Non-Opening Double Glazed Flat Roof Window

The FAKRO DXG P2 Non-Opening Double Glazed Flat Roof Window is a fixed flat roof rooflight designed to introduce generous natural daylight while maintaining strong thermal performance and enhanced security. It is well suited to flat roof extensions, corridors, stairwells, bathrooms, and commercial spaces where ventilation is not required but light and comfort are essential.

This flat roof window features a double glazed P2 laminated glazing unit, combining durability, insulation, and occupant safety. The external pane is manufactured from 4mm toughened glass to withstand weather exposure, while the internal pane uses 6.2mm laminated P2A class anti-burglary glass. A low emission coating is incorporated to improve energy efficiency and help reduce heat loss through the roof opening.

Supplied complete with a 150mm insulated UPVC kerb upstand, the DXG P2 provides a reliable waterproofing termination height and helps minimise cold bridging around the rooflight. The multi-chamber kerb construction improves overall thermal insulation and simplifies installation across a wide range of flat roofing systems.

With a whole window U-value of 0.92 W/m²K and a glass U-value of 1.1 W/m²K, this non-opening flat roof window offers a balanced solution for projects requiring good thermal performance without the need for triple or quadruple glazing.

Internally, the UPVC upstand is finished in RAL 9010 white, delivering a clean and neutral appearance that suits modern interiors. Externally, the aluminium profile is finished in RAL 9005 black and features an 80mm black border, giving the rooflight a sharp, contemporary look when viewed from above.
