The FAKRO DXF-D Non-Opening Flat Roof Window is a high performance fixed flat roof rooflight designed to maximise natural daylight while delivering excellent thermal efficiency and long term durability. It is an ideal solution for flat roof extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces where ventilation is not required but energy performance and appearance are essential.
This flat roof window is available with a choice of high efficiency glazing options, allowing you to select the right specification for your project and Building Regulations requirements. Options include U6 triple glazed units with a U value of 0.7 W/m²K, U8 quadruple glazed passive glazing achieving an ultra low U value of 0.64 W/m²K, and U6 highly energy efficient triple glazing, giving you flexibility for both standard and low energy builds.
Supplied complete with a 150mm insulated UPVC kerb upstand, the DXF-D provides a secure waterproofing termination height while helping to minimise heat loss and cold bridging. The integrated kerb also simplifies installation and ensures compatibility with a wide range of flat roofing systems.
The glazing construction combines strength and security, featuring 6mm toughened external glass to withstand the elements and laminated P2A class internal glass for improved safety and resistance to forced entry. A multi chamber UPVC upstand finished in RAL 9010 white delivers a clean internal appearance, while the external profiles and step finished in RAL 9005 black create a sleek, contemporary roofline. The darkened glazing edge enhances the overall aesthetic when viewed externally.
Designed for installation on roofs with pitches between 2 and 15 degrees, the FAKRO DXF-D non opening flat roof window offers reliable performance, acoustic comfort, and a modern finish for both residential and light commercial projects.
