Ideal for residential extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, stairwells, and light commercial spaces, this manually operated flat roof rooflight offers dependable performance with a clean, modern finish.

To suit different energy performance targets and Building Regulations requirements, the DMF-D flat roof window is available with a choice of advanced glazing options. These include U6 triple glazed highly energy efficient glazing with a U-value of 0.7 W/m²K, U8 quadruple glazed passive glazing achieving an ultra-low U-value of 0.64 W/m²K, and U6 Secure triple glazing, which maintains a U-value of 0.7 W/m²K while providing enhanced security. This flexibility allows you to specify the most suitable option for your project without compromising on thermal efficiency.

Manual operation enables simple and reliable ventilation, allowing fresh air to be introduced whenever needed without electrical connections. The window is supplied complete with a 150mm insulated UPVC kerb upstand, providing a robust waterproofing termination height while helping to reduce heat loss and cold bridging at roof level.

The glazing configuration is engineered for safety, comfort, and durability. The external pane is manufactured from 6mm toughened glass to withstand weather exposure, while the internal pane uses laminated P2A class anti-burglary glass, improving security and occupant protection. Acoustic performance is also enhanced, with effective sound reduction to help minimise external noise intrusion.

Internally, the multi-chamber UPVC upstand is finished in RAL 9010 white, creating a bright, neutral appearance that complements modern interiors. Externally, the step and profiles are finished in RAL 9005 black, with a subtle darkened glazing edge that delivers a refined, contemporary look when viewed from above.
