The FAKRO DEG P2 Electric Opening Double Glazed Flat Roof Window is a premium flat roof rooflight designed to deliver natural daylight, automated ventilation, and enhanced security. Ideal for residential extensions, kitchens, living areas, and commercial spaces, this electrically operated flat roof window offers everyday convenience without compromising on thermal performance.

This electric flat roof window is fitted with a double glazed P2 laminated glazing unit, providing a strong balance of insulation, safety, and durability. The external pane is manufactured from 4mm toughened glass for weather resistance, while the internal pane uses 6.2mm laminated P2A class anti-burglary glass. The sealed glazing unit is argon gas filled, improving thermal efficiency and helping to reduce heat loss through the roof opening.

Effortless electric operation allows the window to be opened and closed using a remote control, delivering controlled ventilation at the touch of a button. An integrated actuator is discreetly housed within the sash and protected from adverse weather conditions, ensuring smooth, reliable performance over time. For added peace of mind, a rain sensor automatically closes the window when rainfall is detected, helping to protect interior spaces.

Supplied complete with a 150mm insulated UPVC kerb upstand, the DEG P2 provides a reliable waterproofing termination height while reducing cold bridging around the roof opening. A patent-pending rainwater drainage system improves water management and allows safe installation on flat roofs with pitches between 2 and 15 degrees.

Internally, the UPVC upstand is finished in RAL 9010 white, offering a clean and modern internal appearance. Externally, the aluminium profile is finished in RAL 9005 black, creating a sharp, contemporary roofline when viewed from above.
