The Mardome Hi-Lights Triple Glazed Dome Rooflight with PVC Kerb is a high-performance daylighting solution designed to meet modern thermal requirements for flat and low-pitched roofs. Featuring a sleek, low-rise dome profile, it delivers a clean, contemporary appearance while offering enhanced insulation compared to standard double glazed options.

Glazed with triple skin polycarbonate, this dome rooflight provides excellent strength while remaining lightweight and easy to handle on site. Polycarbonate is up to 200 times stronger than glass, offering outstanding impact resistance and durability for long-term use. The triple glazed construction delivers a glazing U-value of 1.8 W/m²K, helping to improve overall rooflight thermal efficiency.

Supplied with a durable PVC kerb, the rooflight provides a 150mm waterproofing termination height, supporting effective weatherproofing and compliance with flat roof detailing best practice. Designed for installation onto builders’ upstands, it is suitable for flat and low-pitched roofs with pitches from 0 to 15 degrees.

To support compliance with Part L Building Regulations, an average U-value of 2.2 W/m²K for the rooflight area is required. Available in both non-opening and manual opening options, this rooflight is well suited to a wide range of internal spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, hallways, landings, stairwells and corridors. Secure fixings with tamper-proof caps enhance on-roof security, while BBA approval and a 10 year product warranty provide added reassurance.
