Manufactured with a raised polycarbonate dome, this flat roof window is particularly well suited to low pitch and zero pitch roofs, where efficient rainwater run-off is essential.
This domed flat roof window features a double glazed construction with P2 laminated anti-burglary glazing, providing a secure and long-lasting solution for both residential and commercial flat roof applications. The polycarbonate dome allows daylight to enter from multiple angles, helping to brighten interior spaces more effectively than flat glazing in certain installations.
Supplied as standard with a 150mm insulated UPVC kerb upstand, the DXC-C ensures a reliable waterproofing termination height while helping to reduce heat loss and cold bridging around the roof opening. The insulated kerb also simplifies installation and improves compatibility with a wide range of flat roofing systems.
With a whole window U-value of 1.2 W/m²K, this non-opening domed rooflight offers effective thermal insulation while maintaining excellent light transmission. The fixed design makes it ideal for areas where ventilation is not required, such as corridors, stairwells, storage areas, and commercial spaces.
The DXC-C domed flat roof window can be installed on roofs with pitches between 0 and 15 degrees, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of flat roof constructions. It is available in a wide range of sizes and is designed to accommodate both internal and external accessories, allowing you to tailor the rooflight to your project requirements. A secure version is also available for additional peace of mind, and the unit can be mounted on an additional 150mm base where increased installation height is required.
