Featuring an electrically operated opening mechanism and a durable polycarbonate dome, this flat roof window is ideal for residential and commercial spaces where convenience and weather protection are essential.
This electric opening domed flat roof window is fitted with a double glazed unit incorporating P2 laminated anti-burglary glass, delivering a strong balance of thermal performance and security. The external polycarbonate dome is engineered for long-term durability and features special UV protective coatings on both inner and outer surfaces, helping to reduce UV transmission while maintaining excellent light diffusion.
Effortless ventilation is achieved through a servo-motor integrated within the sash, positioned to remain protected from adverse weather conditions such as rain and snow. Operation is smooth and reliable, providing controlled airflow at the touch of a button. For added peace of mind, the window includes a built-in rain sensor, which automatically closes the rooflight when rainfall is detected to help prevent water ingress.
Supplied complete with a 150mm insulated UPVC kerb upstand, the DEC-C provides a reliable waterproofing termination height and helps reduce cold bridging around the roof opening. The domed design also encourages effective rainwater run-off, making it particularly suitable for low pitch and zero pitch flat roofs.
