The ClassicBond EPDM Termination Bar – 3m is a durable aluminium fixing bar designed to secure EPDM membranes at upstands, wall junctions, or where the roof meets other materials such as felt. It provides a strong mechanical seal, helping form a watertight termination on EPDM flat roofs.
Used with ClassicBond Water Cut-Off Mastic and Lap Sealant, this bar clamps the membrane firmly to the substrate. Mastic is applied behind the membrane before fixing the bar, and sealant is then added to the angled groove along the top edge to complete the seal.
This 3m bar is ideal for use on EPDM roof upstands, parapet walls and material transitions, ensuring a clean finish and long-term protection against water ingress. Don’t forget to order Water Cut-Off Mastic and Lap Sealant to complete your installation.
