Manufactured from a single piece 1.2mm EPDM rubber membrane, it provides outstanding weather resistance and a proven life expectancy of up to 50 years, making it a long term, low maintenance roofing choice.
EPDM rubber roofing is UV, ozone and infrared stable, meaning it will not crack, blister or peel over time, even when exposed to harsh UK weather conditions. Each ClassicBond EPDM kit has been carefully assembled to include the correct membrane size, adhesives, edge trims, fixings and tools required for a secure installation on timber roof decks.
Please note that the membrane supplied matches the kit size selected, so your actual roof deck must be slightly smaller to allow for edge overlaps. For example, a 6m x 3m EPDM roof kit is suitable for a roof deck measuring no larger than 5.7m x 2.7m.
