The ClassicBond EPDM Lap Sealant is designed to provide a strong, watertight finish on flat roofing details. Ideal for use along the exposed edge of a termination bar, this sealant also reinforces compression joints and perimeter areas where joining or uncured tapes are installed.
It can also be used to seal around pipe box pockets before applying pourable sealant, helping ensure a secure bond between the membrane and fittings. Perfect for finishing off EPDM flat roof installations, it offers an extra layer of protection against water ingress in high-risk areas. Supplied in a 1-tube pack, the sealant is easy to apply with a standard mastic gun and provides coverage of approximately 6 linear metres.
