The ClassicBond EPDM Contact Adhesive is a high-strength, fast-curing bonding solution designed for secure, permanent adhesion of EPDM rubber membranes in flat roofing applications. Formulated to handle steep slopes, angle changes and vertical details, it’s perfect for areas where precise bonding is crucial — including upstands, wall junctions and roof perimeters.
This solvent-based adhesive offers excellent grab and heat resistance, making it ideal for bonding ClassicBond one-piece EPDM membranes to non-timber substrates. It’s particularly useful when working around complex detailing or where mechanical fixing isn't possible. Once applied, the membrane cannot be repositioned, so careful placement is essential during installation.
Available in multiple sizes to suit your project:
1.0 Litre – covers approx. 1 to 2m²
2.5 Litre – covers approx. 4 to 5m²
5.0 Litre – covers approx. 7 to 10m²
