The Manthorpe Felt Lap Vent is a simple refurbishment solution designed to boost airflow into existing roof spaces and reduce the risk of condensation. Ideal for properties where additional loft insulation has recently been installed, the vent provides a quick and effective way to introduce ventilation through the laps of traditional roofing felt or breathable membranes.

Each unit delivers 3,000mm² of airflow and can be fitted at joist centres ranging from 400mm to 600mm. With a tapered lead-in design, the vent slides easily into place between the felt laps, while the integrated clips ensure a secure fit, even where the felt edges may have deteriorated over time.
