Manthorpe Circular Soffit Vent - Pack of 50

The Manthorpe Circular Soffit Vent provides a simple and effective way to increase airflow into the roof space through the soffit board. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, the vent can be slotted into position prior to soffit installation or retro-fitted into existing boards.

Each vent is installed with a straightforward push-twist action into a 70mm drilled hole, ensuring quick and secure fitting without the need for specialist tools. Designed with evenly spaced slots, the vent prevents large insects from entering the roof void while remaining resistant to blockage from debris, paint, or water droplets. Available in a range of colours, it provides a discreet finish to match the soffit detail.

Delivering 2,150mm² of free airflow per vent, they can be used in multiples to achieve the required 10,000mm²/m or 25,000mm²/m ventilation levels.
