Manthorpe Abutment Flash Ventilator - 3m

The Manthorpe Abutment Flash Ventilator provides a quick, reliable, and cost-effective way to maintain continuous airflow at abutment details while ensuring a weather-tight finish. Supplied as a flexible roll-out sheet in a handy dispenser box, this single-component system is simple to fit without the need for specialist tools, making it ideal for both professional roofers and DIY installations.

Designed with a series of integrated nodules, the ventilator delivers effective 5,000mm² per metre of airflow while also incorporating an integral flyscreen for protection against birds and insects. The nodules provide extra support to the lead flashing, ensuring durability and performance in all weather conditions.

Independently wind tunnel tested for weather resistance, the abutment flash vent can be used with flat or profiled roof tiles, as well as natural slates, without compromising ventilation or water tightness. For added flexibility, two rolls can be joined to suit wider laps between lead and tiles.
