The Manthorpe 3-in-1 Eaves Ventilation Pack provides a complete eaves solution by combining an over fascia vent, underlay support tray, and eaves comb filler in one integrated system. Delivering a continuous 10,000mm² airflow per metre, it ensures effective roof ventilation while maintaining a discreet and low-profile appearance at the eaves.

Each 1m tray slots seamlessly into the next for quick installation, with defined fixing points on both the fascia board and rafters for a secure fit. The angled front nose helps guide rainwater into the gutter, while drainage gullies around the fixings provide added weather resistance. An integral 4mm flyscreen prevents insect entry, and the flexible design allows use across a wide range of roof pitches from 15° to 70°.

Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, the system supports slates and roof tiles. The included eaves comb filler is ideal for profiled roof coverings, providing additional protection against birds and debris.
