Manthorpe 25mm Continuous Soffit Strip Vent - Pack of 10

The Manthorpe 25mm Continuous Soffit Strip Vent is designed to deliver discreet and effective eaves ventilation when used with a traditional fascia board. Manufactured from durable uPVC, the strip is fixed securely to the fascia, with the soffit board slotting neatly into its self-retaining mouth for a clean and stable finish.

Providing 25,000mm² airflow per metre, the vent incorporates a series of evenly spaced slots. These are narrow enough to prevent large insects from entering the roof space while wide enough to resist blockage from paint, dust, or debris. Each unit is supplied in 2.44m lengths for efficient installation across longer runs.

Available in white or brown, the soffit strip vent is suitable for both refurbishment and new build projects. Alternative options, including 10mm soffit strips as well as flat and low-pitch versions, are also available to suit specific ventilation requirements.
