The Manthorpe 10mm Continuous Soffit Strip Vent provides discreet and effective eaves ventilation for use with traditional fascia boards. Manufactured from durable uPVC, the strip fixes securely to the fascia while the soffit board slots neatly into its self-retaining mouth, ensuring a stable and professional finish.

Delivering 10,000mm² airflow per metre, the ventilator features a narrow slot grille designed to block large insects while remaining resistant to clogging from debris, paint, or dust. Each strip is supplied in 2.44m lengths, making installation straightforward and efficient across longer runs.

Available in three colours, this soffit vent is suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects. Sloping, flat, low-pitch, and 25mm versions are also available to suit different ventilation requirements and roof designs.
