The Manthorpe Roll Out Clay Dry Hip System – 6m is a mechanically fixed roofing solution designed to secure hip tiles without mortar, providing a clean and efficient alternative to traditional methods. This system allows for fast installation in any weather, including frosty conditions, making it ideal for year-round roofing projects.

Engineered for deeper, traditionally profiled clay hip tiles in both angled and round designs, the system is also compatible with most concrete hip tiles. It can be fitted onto a wide range of roof coverings, including slate, clay, flat concrete, and profiled tiles, as long as the roof pitch meets the tile manufacturer’s specifications.

Each 6 metre kit contains all the necessary components to complete the hip run (excluding hip tiles), with a black finish for a neat and professional look. The mechanical fixing method ensures hip tiles remain secure in high winds while preventing rain penetration.

This system is suitable for both new builds and refurbishment projects and is fully compliant with BS 8612 dry fix roofing standards.
