Manthorpe GPPV SmartVerge PP Dry Verge Unit

The Manthorpe GPPV SmartVerge PP Dry Verge Unit provides a secure and low-maintenance finish to the verge of a pitched roof. Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, this dry verge unit is compatible with most interlocking concrete roof tiles laid between 255mm and 345mm batten gauge, making it ideal for a wide range of roofing styles.

Its clever design maintains the stepped tile profile while delivering a smooth, continuous line beneath the verge. The system is fully mechanically fixed, allowing for quick installation in any weather without the need for mortar. Each unit caps over the previous tile securely, creating a strong, weatherproof edge that resists wind uplift and water ingress.

Available in left-hand and right-hand versions, with a choice of colours to suit different roof designs, the SmartVerge PP system also integrates with Ridge End Caps and Eaves Closers for a complete dry fix solution. These accessories protect ridge ends and prevent the entry of birds and insects at the eaves.
