Manthorpe GPPV SmartVerge PP Ambi Thin Leading Edge Dry Verge Unit

The Manthorpe GPPV SmartVerge PP Ambi Thin Leading Edge Dry Verge Unit is specifically engineered for use with thin leading edge concrete tiles, providing a sharp, modern finish to the gable end verge of a pitched roof. With a universal ambidextrous design, it can be used on either side of the verge, reducing waste and simplifying installation.

This dry fix system features a split fixing plate, which ensures the verge flanges lay flat to the tile surface. This helps to minimise tile kick-up on the course above and improves water runoff by increasing the drainage angle of the lower flange. The result is a cleaner look with better moisture management, directing water away from the wall below.

Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, this dry verge unit is designed for mechanical fixing without mortar, allowing for rapid installation in all weather. It's suitable for both new builds and roof refurbishments, and is independently tested to meet BS 8612 and BS 5534 standards for dry fix roofing systems.

Matching Ridge End Caps and Eaves Closers are available to complete the system, providing protection against water ingress and pest entry at critical roof junctions.
