The Manthorpe GPPV SmartVerge PP Ambi Interlocking Plain Tile Dry Verge Unit is a dry fix solution tailored for use with small format concrete interlocking plain tiles. This system provides a crisp, professional finish to gable end verge details while offering long-term protection from weather and pest ingress.

Its ambidextrous design allows each unit to be installed on either the left or right side of the roof, making it a versatile and efficient option for roofing projects. The verge units feature cambered flanges that sit flush against the tile surface, and a patented split fixing plate that helps to prevent tile kick-up and enhance the drainage angle for faster water runoff.

Once installed, each unit caps over the tiles in succession to form a continuous line along the verge, maintaining the stepped look of traditional tiling. Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, this mortar-free system is easy to install in any weather and remains maintenance free over time.

The system can be completed with Eaves Closers and Ridge End Caps, which provide added protection against rainwater and help prevent the entry of birds or insects into the roof structure.
