The Brick Tile Company Brick Slip Sealant - 1 Litre

The Brick Tile Company Brick Slip Sealant is a specially formulated, invisible waterproofing solution designed to protect your brick slips from water absorption without affecting their natural appearance. Supplied in a 1-litre bottle, it covers around 3.5m² and is ideal for areas where water exposure or splashing may occur, such as kitchens, bathrooms or shower enclosures.

Unlike traditional surface coatings, this breathable sealant penetrates deep into the clay surface, creating a vapour-permeable membrane that blocks water ingress while allowing the brick to breathe. It doesn’t sit on the surface but soaks into the material, forming a long-lasting barrier that dries fully within a couple of days. Apply only once your brick slips and mortar have completely dried following installation — this may take up to a week depending on conditions.
