The Novia Methane Pro High Performance Gas Barrier Membrane DIY Kit provides a complete solution for protecting buildings from harmful ground gases. The kit features Novia Methane Pro 390, a premium multi-layer reinforced laminate damp proof membrane with an aluminium foil core, supplied in a 1.6m x 50m roll. Designed for methane gas applications, it exceeds the requirements of BS 8485 and is also suitable for radon gas protection and use as a high-performance damp proof membrane. Fully UKCA approved and compliant with BS EN 13967, this barrier delivers outstanding durability and gas resistance.

The included Novia Double-Sided Butyl Tape and Novia Aluminium Foil Lap Tape ensure all joints and edges are sealed to maintain a fully gas-tight system throughout the life of the installation. Suitable for both taped and welded applications, this kit is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial projects where methane or radon protection is essential.
