Powerlon UltraPerm Premium Roof Breathable Membrane is a premium-grade 135gsm breathable roof underlay developed for pitched roofing applications where increased strength and durability are required. Combining excellent breathability with strong nail tear resistance and tensile strength, it provides a dependable protective layer beneath the finished roof covering.
Suitable for warm and cold pitched roofs, UltraPerm Premium can be installed in supported or unsupported applications and is suitable for both ventilated and unventilated roof designs. Its versatile performance also allows it to be used in wall applications, including timber frame construction.
The membrane is BBA certified for both roof and wall applications and complies with BS 5534 requirements. Its heavier 135gsm construction makes it a robust option within the UltraPerm range, providing additional reassurance during installation and throughout the roofing system's service life.
Available in 1m x 50m and 1.5m x 50m rolls to suit a range of pitched roofing and wall projects.
