Powerlon UltraPerm Max Roof Breathable Membrane is the top-of-the-range 155gsm breathable roof underlay within the UltraPerm range, offering enhanced strength and durability for demanding pitched roofing applications. Its heavier construction combines effective breathability with excellent nail tear resistance and tensile strength, helping provide a robust protective layer beneath the roof covering.
Designed for use across all pitched roof types, UltraPerm Max is suitable for warm and cold roof constructions, supported and unsupported applications, and both ventilated and unventilated roof designs. It can also be used for wall applications, including timber frame construction, making it a versatile choice for a wide variety of building projects.
The membrane is BBA certified for both roof and wall applications, carries CE marking and is BS 5534 compliant. Its 155gsm construction makes UltraPerm Max the most substantial option in the UltraPerm range, ideal where a heavy duty breathable roofing membrane is preferred.
Powerlon UltraPerm Max is supplied in a 1.5m x 50m roll.
