Powerlon UltraPerm Lite Roof Breathable Membrane is a lightweight, high-performance 92gsm breathable roof underlay designed for use across a wide range of pitched roofing applications. Providing a reliable protective layer beneath the roof covering, it combines effective breathability with excellent nail tear resistance and tensile strength.
Suitable for warm and cold pitched roofs, UltraPerm Lite can be installed in supported or unsupported applications and used with both ventilated and unventilated roof designs. Its versatility makes it a practical choice for new-build roofing, refurbishment projects and timber frame wall applications.
The membrane is BBA certified for both roof and wall applications and complies with BS 5534 requirements, providing a dependable and economical solution where a breathable roofing membrane or underlay is required.
Available in 1m x 50m and 1.5m x 50m rolls to suit different installation requirements.
