Novia Building Wrap Wall Breather Membrane - 2.7m x 100m

The Novia Building Wrap Wall Breather Membrane is a lightweight, high-performance solution for insulated wall applications, offering reliable protection against water ingress while allowing moisture vapour to escape. With its generous 2.7m roll width, it enables rapid coverage, making it ideal for wrapping large external wall sections quickly to achieve a watertight finish.

Designed for use with insulated frame systems including timber frame, light steel frame, and SFS applications, this breather membrane is black on both sides with a clear 150mm overlap line to support accurate installation. It meets UKCA certification requirements, is compliant to EN 13859-2 for walls, and holds a Class E fire classification to EN 13501-1.

Built for durability, the Novia Building Wrap offers excellent tensile and nail tear strength, resistance to air penetration in accordance with EN 12114, and UV resistance for up to three months during the construction phase.
