The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Shallow Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame – 750mm x 600mm is built for projects that require both reliable protection and a discreet finish. With a clear opening of 750mm x 600mm and an overall size of 840mm x 690mm, this recessed cover blends seamlessly with block paving, porcelain tiles, or slabbed surfaces. Its overall depth of 40mm and 21mm tray depth make it an excellent option where a shallow fit is essential.

Engineered from durable extruded aluminium, the tray is supported with mesh reinforcement and strengthened further with a galvanised steel base plate. Rated to A15 pedestrian load and tested to EN124, the cover offers strength while remaining lightweight for easier handling.

The triple seal arrangement combines two EPDM gaskets with an additional T-rubber insert, ensuring maximum protection against odours and water ingress. For added security, each of the four lifting points is fitted with a locking bolt that secures the tray tightly into the frame. Two lifting keys are included, allowing the cover to be removed safely and efficiently whenever access is needed.
