The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Shallow Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame - 600mm x 600mm has been developed for projects where appearance is just as important as function. With a clear opening of 600mm x 600mm and an overall size of 690mm x 690mm, this cover provides reliable chamber access while keeping the surface uniform and discreet. Thanks to its 40mm overall depth and 21mm in-tray depth, it is particularly well suited to installations involving porcelain tiles, decorative paving, or indoor flooring.

Constructed from precision-engineered extruded aluminium, the tray is reinforced with mesh and finished with a galvanised steel base plate for added rigidity. Certified to EN124 and rated to A15 pedestrian load class, the cover delivers dependable performance in both residential and light-duty public spaces.

The triple sealing arrangement, made up of two EPDM gaskets and a T-rubber insert, ensures superior odour and water resistance. Each of the four lifting points is secured with a locking bolt, keeping the tray firmly attached to the frame. Two lifting keys are supplied, making removal quick, safe, and straightforward when maintenance is required.
