The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Shallow Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame - 450mm x 450mm provides a secure and discreet solution for both indoor and outdoor areas where a slimline cover is required. Designed with a clear opening of 450mm x 450mm and an overall size of 540mm x 540mm, it has a total depth of 40mm with a 21mm in-tray depth, making it ideal for installations with porcelain tiles, indoor flooring, or shallow block paving.

Built from robust extruded aluminium and supported with a galvanised steel base plate, this recessed cover combines lightweight handling with excellent strength. It is tested to EN124 standards and achieves an A15 pedestrian load rating, making it suitable for use in residential spaces, courtyards, and landscaped projects.

The triple seal arrangement includes two EPDM gaskets and a T-rubber strip, delivering outstanding resistance against both odours and surface water. For added security, each of the four lifting points incorporates a locking bolt, ensuring the tray stays tightly secured to the frame. Two lifting keys are supplied to make removal safe and straightforward when access is needed.
