With a clear opening of 300mm x 300mm and an overall size of 390mm x 390mm, this model offers reliable access while maintaining a discreet appearance in tiled or paved areas. Its overall depth of just 40mm with a 21mm tray depth makes it especially well-suited to porcelain or indoor tile installations.

Manufactured from high-grade extruded aluminium, the tray includes reinforced mesh to secure the infill material, while a 3mm galvanised steel bottom plate provides additional rigidity. Tested to EN124 standards, the unit is rated up to A15 pedestrian load class, making it suitable for both residential and light-duty public environments.

The triple sealing system combines two EPDM gaskets with an additional T-rubber seal, creating superior resistance against odours and water ingress. Each of the four lifting points features a locking bolt to secure the tray tightly to the frame, with two lifting keys supplied for straightforward and safe access. This innovative design ensures long-term performance in both interior and exterior settings.
