The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame – 900mm x 600mm is designed for larger inspection chambers where secure access and a discreet finish are essential. Offering a clear opening of 900mm x 600mm with an overall size of 990mm x 690mm, it blends seamlessly with paving, porcelain tiles, or slabs, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its 60mm overall depth with a 41mm tray depth allows for a wide range of infill materials while ensuring a flush, professional finish.

Made from extruded aluminium with integrated mesh reinforcement, the tray combines lightweight handling with robust performance. A galvanised steel base plate adds strength and rigidity, giving the cover long-term stability. Tested to EN124 and rated A15 pedestrian load, it is a reliable solution for residential and landscaped environments.

The triple sealing system incorporates two EPDM gaskets along with a T-rubber insert, forming an effective barrier against water and unpleasant odours. Each of the four lifting points is fitted with a locking bolt for extra security, while the supplied lifting keys make the cover quick and safe to remove when access is required.
