The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame – 600mm x 600mm is designed for projects where a high-quality, low-profile access solution is needed. Featuring a clear opening of 600mm x 600mm and an overall size of 690mm x 690mm, this unit offers reliable chamber access while blending seamlessly into block paving, tiled flooring, or slabbed surfaces. Its 60mm overall depth and 41mm tray depth allow for versatile infill choices, ensuring a smooth and discreet finish.

Manufactured from extruded aluminium and reinforced with mesh, the tray is lightweight but strong, with a galvanised steel base plate providing extra rigidity. Certified to EN124 standards and rated A15 for pedestrian loading, this recessed cover is suited to both residential and landscaped applications.

The triple sealing system incorporates two EPDM gaskets and a T-rubber insert to form a secure barrier against water ingress and odours. Each of the four lifting points is fitted with a locking bolt, keeping the tray tightly secured in place. Two lifting keys are included, allowing safe and simple access for maintenance.
