The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame – 600mm x 450mm is designed to deliver secure access with a neat, unobtrusive appearance. Offering a clear opening of 600mm x 450mm and an overall size of 690mm x 540mm, it is ideal for use with porcelain tiles, paving slabs, or block paving where a flush and seamless surface is required. With a 60mm overall depth and a 41mm tray depth, this recessed cover provides flexibility across a wide range of floor finishes.

Constructed from extruded aluminium with integrated reinforcement mesh, the cover is lightweight yet strong, while a galvanised steel base plate adds additional rigidity. Certified to EN124 and rated A15 for pedestrian loads, it provides dependable performance in both domestic and landscaped environments.

The triple sealing system offers advanced protection, combining two EPDM gaskets with a T-rubber insert to block odours and surface water. For security, each of the four lifting points includes a locking bolt, ensuring the tray remains firmly seated in the frame. Two lifting keys are provided, allowing the cover to be removed safely and efficiently for maintenance when required.
