With a clear opening of 300mm x 300mm and an overall size of 390mm x 390mm, it offers practical chamber access while maintaining a discreet recessed finish. Its 60mm overall depth and 41mm tray depth make it well-suited to a variety of infill options including block paving, porcelain tiles, slabs, or timber flooring.

Precision made from extruded aluminium and reinforced with mesh, the tray combines lightweight handling with dependable durability. A galvanised steel bottom plate adds further rigidity, ensuring reliable performance over time. Rated to A15 pedestrian load and tested to EN124 standards, it is suitable for both residential and light-use external applications.

The triple sealing system is designed to deliver maximum protection, with two EPDM gaskets and a T-rubber insert working together to block odours and resist water ingress. Each lifting point features a locking bolt for enhanced security, while two lifting keys are provided to allow safe and easy access whenever maintenance is required.
