The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame - 200mm x 200mm is designed for situations where a small but reliable recessed cover is needed. Offering a clear opening of 200mm x 200mm with an overall size of 290mm x 290mm, it provides neat and secure access to smaller chambers or service points. With a total depth of 60mm and a 41mm tray depth, it can be infilled with materials such as tiles, porcelain, wooden flooring, or paving flags for a discreet finish.

Built from extruded aluminium and reinforced with mesh, the tray is lightweight yet durable, while a galvanised steel base plate adds additional strength. Tested to EN124 and rated to A15 pedestrian load, this recessed access cover is suitable for both interior applications and light-duty exterior projects.

The triple seal arrangement combines dual EPDM gaskets with a T-rubber insert, creating a secure barrier against water and odours. Each lifting point is fitted with a locking bolt, ensuring the tray remains tightly secured to the frame at all times. Two lifting keys are provided, making it quick and safe to remove when access is required.
