The Alusthetic Triple Sealed Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame – 150mm x 150mm is a compact yet highly effective solution for projects requiring a discreet inspection point. With a clear opening of 150mm x 150mm and an overall size of 240mm x 240mm, this recessed cover is designed for smaller access requirements while maintaining the same strength and performance as larger models. Its 60mm overall depth and 41mm tray depth make it suitable for infills such as tiles, wooden flooring, paving flags, or similar finishes.

Manufactured from premium extruded aluminium with a reinforced mesh tray, the cover is both lightweight and durable. A galvanised steel base plate adds rigidity, ensuring long-lasting reliability. Certified to EN124 and rated up to A15 pedestrian load class, it can be used confidently in both residential and light-duty public environments.

The triple sealing system features two EPDM gaskets and a T-rubber insert, which together provide outstanding protection against water ingress and unwanted odours. Each of the four lifting points is equipped with a locking bolt, keeping the tray securely fixed to the frame. Two lifting keys are supplied, allowing for safe and easy removal whenever access is required.
