The Alusthetic Double Sealed Aluminium Recessed Access Manhole Cover & Frame is built for durability, performance, and a seamless finish in block paving, tiled, or patio installations. With a clear opening of 300mm x 300mm, it provides easy access while maintaining a discreet, flush appearance. The overall size of 360mm x 360mm, overall depth of 60mm, and in-tray depth of 48mm allow for a secure fit with a wide range of surface finishes.

Constructed from extruded aluminium with integrated reinforcement mesh, this recessed cover offers long-lasting rigidity and stability for the infill material. Tested to EN124 standards, it is designed to withstand exterior weather conditions and ensure dependable performance in both domestic and light commercial projects.

The double sealing system presses the infill against the neoprene seal in the frame to block unwanted odours and water ingress. A high-grade EPDM seal, combined with a T-rubber insert, further enhances reliability and prevents debris from collecting between the tray and frame. Each cover is supplied with two lifting keys that slot into the lifting points for safe, hassle-free access when required.
